About the Role
We’re looking for a Tik Tok Shop Coordinator to own and grow our presence on Tik Tok Shop. This role sits at the intersection of social commerce, creator partnerships, and content, driving both revenue and brand visibility through high-performing, platform-native execution. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, scale creator partnerships, and collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to turn engagement into conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Tik Tok Shop Management
- Own Tik Tok Shop operations end-to-end
- Maintain accurate product listings, inventory, and availability
- Monitor product performance and optimize for conversion
- Execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns within Tik Tok Shop
Tik Tok Lives
- Plan, schedule, and execute Tik Tok Live sessions
- Coordinate product selection, messaging, and promotional offers for each live
- Support or host lives as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track live performance and continuously optimize for engagement and sales
Creator & Affiliate Management (Tik Tok Shop)
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Tik Tok Shop creators and affiliates
- Build and scale relationships with high-performing creators
- Track creator performance and ensure deliverables are met
- Manage affiliate commissions, payouts, and incentive structures
- Support influencer partnerships across Tik Tok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Assist with outreach, gifting, campaign coordination, and follow-ups
- Partner with content and social teams to support product and store content
Contribute to ideation and execution of Tik Tok-first content - Identify trends, formats, and creator styles that drive performance
- Help produce on-brand, conversion-focused content
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Tik Tok Shop
- Proven experience setting up and maintaining Tik Tok Shop (product listings, integrations, inventory)
- Experience planning, hosting, or supporting Tik Tok Live sessions with a focus on driving sales
- Familiarity with Tik Tok Shop affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and commission structures
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok trends, content formats, and platform behavior
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and creator relationships
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and optimization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, social, creative)
