Proofpoint is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Programs Manager to drive the growth, activation, and long‑term success of its global partner ecosystem. This role will execute partner events and demand generation activities that drive measurable pipeline and lead the strategy and execution of partner‑facing programs that strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and create meaningful interactions between Proofpoint and its partners, including resellers, managed service providers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
Responsibilities- Define and execute a comprehensive partner events strategy.
- Own end‑to‑end partner events including partner council, partner advisory board and partner summit.
- Create a cohesive partner experience aligned with channel and business priorities.
- Design and deliver programs that drive active participation across the partner ecosystem.
- Lead the planning and execution of partner events, including summits, webinars, round tables, and networking experiences.
- Create an always‑on Demand Center for partners including emails, content, and webinars.
- Drive awareness and participation in enablement activities across the channel.
- Collaborate closely with channel sales, partner marketing, product marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.
- Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment on partner engagement and demand strategies.
- Advocate for partner feedback in internal planning and decision‑making.
- Present the channel marketing events plan weekly to executive leadership.
- Define and track KPIs related to partner events and demand program effectiveness.
- Analyze data to assess impact and optimize strategies.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in channel events, partner demand gen programs, or partner marketing within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of global or multi‑regional events with measurable business impact.
- Experience leading initiatives that require alignment across sales, marketing, product, and partner‑facing teams without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of indirect go‑to‑market models, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and alliances.
- Track record of designing and executing complex programs with clear success metrics and reporting.
- Ability to present strategies, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience using metrics and analytics to evaluate performance and inform program evolution.
