Influencer Partnerships Specialist

Minky Couture is looking for a relationship-driven Influencer Partnerships Specialist to lead our influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, enjoys building authentic creator relationships, and has a passion for turning partnerships into measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Manage paid influencer campaigns from outreach through completion.
• Recruit, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with influencers and talent managers who align with the Minky Couture brand.
• Coordinate contracts, campaign deliverables, product fulfillment, approvals, timelines, and usage rights.
• Monitor campaign performance, affiliate sales, ROI, and key metrics while identifying opportunities to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Director and marketing team to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Stay current on influencer trends and recommend new partnership opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Knowledge of influencer contracts, affiliate marketing, and campaign reporting is preferred.
• A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social media, content creators, and brand storytelling.
