Droplet provides a suite of document automation tools that helps organizations get the right information to the right people, fast. What started as a web form and approval workflow solution, built for school districts, out of a garage in Provo, Utah, has grown into one of the fastest-growing software companies in the nation! We're a lean team of 30 motivated, hardworking individuals who are passionate about solving hard problems and delivering real value to customers.
Our two flagship products, Droplet Forms and Droplet Sign, are leading the charge in helping organizations move away from paper-based processes and embrace the 21st century. With strong year-over-year revenue growth, great financial stability (we're profitable!), and many more exciting products to come, Droplet is only just getting started!
Trade shows are where a lot of SaaS marketing budgets go to quietly disappear. Booth, badge scans, a stack of business cards nobody follows up on, and six weeks later nobody can say whether it was worth it.
We don't want that. We want someone who owns trade shows from start to finish, the boring logistics and the strategic question of whether a show was actually worth $15,000, and who can also flex into being our in house marketing generalist when there isn't a show on the calendar. If you've ever been the person at a booth who knew exactly where the extra badge scanner was, and you've also built a swag order, a one pager, or a follow up email sequence, this is your role.
Whatyou'd actually be doing, s
tart to finish
- Manage the full lifecycle of every show Sales attends, including registration, booth logistics, shipping, staffing schedules, and badge scanning
- Build out pre show promotion so we're not walking into a show cold
- Own post show lead follow up in partnership with Sales, making sure leads actually get worked instead of dumped into a spreadsheet and forgotten
- Track spend and results per show, and tell us honestly which ones are worth going back to next year and which ones weren't
- Recommend which shows we should be at based on where our target districts and buyers actually show up
Marketing, when you're not on the road
- Help design and order swag that people actually want to keep (we're aiming higher than stress balls)
- Support product marketing efforts, including one pagers, sales enablement materials, and messaging that helps Sales tell our story better
- Help keep our marketing materials consistent and current across the team
- Experience planning and running trade shows or events. You know the difference between a good booth and a wasted one
- Comfort owning a budget and being able to explain, in plain numbers, what it bought us
- Some marketing skills beyond events, such as copywriting, campaign support, or sales enablement, whatever your specific flavor is
- Project management instincts. You can juggle a dozen moving logistics pieces without dropping one
- Comfort working closely with Sales and being the connective tissue between attending a show and generating pipeline from it
- Willingness to travel for shows (be real with us about how much you can or want to)
- Experience in K-12, edtech, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot) for lead tracking and attribution
- Graphic design or basic content creation skills
- Travel required for trade shows (frequency: 3-4 times per quarter)
Droplet builds workflow automation software for K12 schools and districts, the kind of behind-the-scenes tooling that quietly saves administrators hours every week. We work with over 270 school districts nationwide, and we're still small enough that your work on a trade show floor directly shapes how the sales team's pipeline looks the following quarter. If you want a role where you can point at a number and say, "I did that," this is it.
