OverviewIncite Tax is hiring a Marketing Director to own its marketing department end-to-end. This is the senior-most marketing role at the company — you'll set strategy directly with the COO, lead and coach a team of specialists, and be personally accountable for lead generation, revenue growth, and client retention.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of running a marketing function independently, not someone who needs to be managed into results: you anticipate what the business needs before it's asked, you're detail-oriented enough to catch what others miss, and you know how to turn strategy into pipeline. If you've already done this at a company our size and you're ready to make it yours, we want to talk to you.
