We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated  Registered Nurse (RN)  to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical and surgical conditions to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Provide direct bedside nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, and continuous monitoring of patient status

Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring for effectiveness and potential adverse reactions

Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient responses to interventions, promptly identifying and addressing changes in condition

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care to promote recovery and self-management

Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards

Ensure a safe, clean, and sterile care environment by adhering to infection control policies and safety protocols

Participate actively in discharge planning to support smooth transitions to home or other levels of care

Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort, dignity, and healing

Qualifications & Experience

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s degree required)

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state or Canada

License endorsement assistance available for eligible candidates

One (1) or more years of nursing experience preferred (new graduates may be considered based on role and setting)

Strong clinical knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices and patient care standards

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications preferred based on unit needs
