• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in each resident’s service plan.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, call lights, and community alarms.
• Build meaningful relationships through empathy, patience, and respect.
• Support residents’ independence and dignity through compassionate engagement.
• Accurately document care and communicate resident status between shifts.
• Notify nursing staff promptly of any change in condition or safety concerns.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.
• Protect residents’ rights and ensure an inclusive, respectful environment.
• Participate in teamwork that makes every night shift smooth and connected.

• Active CNA license (or currently in process)
• Compassionate heart and commitment to exceptional care
• Dependable, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Physical stamina and a positive presence, even during late hours
• CPR certification and fingerprint clearance
