Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient

• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
• Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Perform medication management and therapy
• Work as a critical part of the clinical team
• Support Life Stance Health’s mission to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare
• Work 2–3 days in office and 1–2 days remotely
• Use the latest digital technology with full administrative support

• Must have 2 years of experience as a PMHNP
• Licensed in Utah
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification required
• Must be an experienced PMHNP
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA
• Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experience in medication management and therapy
• Child and Adolescent focus preferred
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
• FNPs, APRNPs, and PAs are not accepted

Demonstrates expertise in delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare, including outpatient psychiatric care and medication management for adult and child populations. Holds necessary certifications and licenses to provide effective mental health services.
