We are a fertilizer and pest control company specializing in lawn mowing services.

The Lawn Mowing Technician will operate various landscape equipment and tools to maintain clients’ property. This position requires individuals who are quick learners, have a positive attitude, are able to maintain a high standard of customer service, and are effective communicators.

• We only use mostly ride on mowers, so barely any push mowing, which makes work much easier :)
• Work on assigned properties to provide weekly mowing & weed-whacking & blowing services
• Work on assigned properties to provide leaf cleanup services
• Answer customer questions
• De-escalate issues or concerns that may arise, involving management as needed
• Seek out and engage with new customers

• Good driving record with a valid drivers license
• Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn to operate mowers, weed-whackers, blowers
• Ability to effectively and safely maneuver a box truck, i.e. drive, park, back up, etc.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs during each shift
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Demonstrate effective communication skills
• Maintain a team centered and positive attitude
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Dedication to high quality and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from work

• Expected work schedule:
  Tuesday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with lunch (daily start and end times may vary depending on weather)
  ** Four 10 Hour Shifts** (3 Day Weekend Every Week!)
