** About this Position
** We’re looking for a QA Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance department. Your work will be critical to timely delivery of projects and you will be a major contributor to the quality and experience of Prodata Key’s products used by hundreds of thousands of people each day. As a member of the Quality Assurance team you will:
* Be responsible for the creation and execution of test cases for Web and Mobile applications
* Maintain and in some cases rewrite existing test suites
* Work with a broad range of innovative hardware and software technologies in the physical security industry
* Handle customer cases escalated to engineering and interact with support technicians to troubleshoot customer problems
** Qualifications
* ** A bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or a related field
* 2+ year's experience in quality assurance
* The ability to easily adapt to unfamiliar development environments
* Understand testing process, test types, test design and testing methodologies
* Able to observe and communicate details
* Able to work independently with some supervision
* Able to clearly write bug reports and follow retesting procedures
* Familiar with SQL and No

SQL databases
* Familiar with REST services and able to use Postman
* Familiar with remote login, SSH, and Linux tools
* Familiar with test management tools like Zephyr Scale
* A strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
