This role manages SAP coordination and RTD schedules, oversees DISA enrollment and compliance, completesDOTcompliantemployment and testing verifications, andmaintainsaccurate, confidential testing records and logs. Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance and Program Administration
  • Administer andmaintainall DOT and regulated testing program compliance requirements.
• DOT and non-DOT testing programs
  • Administer DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing programs including random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion.
• • Review and document quarterly random selections and ensure timely test completion.
• • Review and resolve NECS/DOT missing items and ensure completion of requirements.
• Case Management and Documentation
  • Manage SAP coordination and Return-to-Duty (RTD) documentation and testing schedules.
• • Maintainaccurateand confidential testing records.
• • Complete DOT-compliant employment verifications andmaintaindetailed logs.
• Data Monitoring and Follow-Up
  • Monitor results, follow up on outstanding tests, and coordinate disciplinary actions with

• • Manage DISA enrollment, compliance, background checks, and test verifications.
• Cross Department Coordination and Communication
  • Collaborate with People Team, DOT, Safety, and Office Managers to ensure compliance and effective communication.

Qualifications:

Education:Highschooldegree

Experience:

• DOT compliance

• FMCSA regulations

• drug/alcohol testing programs–
  preferred

Physical Demands:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Navigate uneven terrain at job sites

• Use hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment

• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as required

• Climb ladders and stairs

• Work at elevated heights when necessary

• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
