This role manages SAP coordination and RTD schedules, oversees DISA enrollment and compliance, completesDOTcompliantemployment and testing verifications, andmaintainsaccurate, confidential testing records and logs. This role manages SAP coordination and RTD schedules, oversees DISA enrollment and compliance, completes DOT‑compliant employment verifications, andmaintainsaccurate, confidential testing records and logs. Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance and Program Administration
- Administer andmaintainall DOT and regulated testing program compliance requirements.
- DOT and non-DOT testing programs
- Administer DOT and non-DOT drug/alcohol testing programs including random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion.
- Review and document quarterly random selections and ensure timely test completion.
- Review and resolve NECS/DOT missing items and ensure completion of requirements.
- Case Management and Documentation
- Manage SAP coordination and Return-to-Duty (RTD) documentation and testing schedules.
- Maintainaccurateand confidential testing records.
- Complete DOT-compliant employment verifications andmaintaindetailed logs.
- Data Monitoring and Follow-Up
- Monitor results, follow up on outstanding tests, and coordinate disciplinary actions with
People
Team.

- Cross Department Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with People Team, DOT, Safety, and Office Managers to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Education:Highschooldegree
Experience:
- DOT compliance
- FMCSA regulations
- drug/alcohol testing programs–
preferred
Required Skills
:
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Physical Demands:
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Navigate uneven terrain at job sites
- Use hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment
- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as required
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Work at elevated heights when necessary
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
