Back of House Team Member

Job Description

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cooking cravable food, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make delicious and craveable food quickly and correctly.

* Accurately prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and team member spaces.

* Observe and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.

* Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by providing attentive and efficient service.

* Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve store goals including speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, positivity, and attention to detail.

* Physical mobility to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced work environment.

* Able to adapt to change quickly while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills

* Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, ranging from 3 to 8 hours.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both inside and outside.

* Prior experience is not required; however, a Utah Food Handlers Card, Serv Safe Certification, or previous fast food/customer service experience is preferred.
