What You'll Do (Shift Leader)
- Lead and motivate crew and managers during shifts
- Plan, monitor, and adjust for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure food safety and operational standards
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily maintenance
- Train and develop team members
- Handle guest concerns and deliver 100% customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Leader to ensure smooth operations
- Meet shift and departmental targets
What You Need
- Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
- Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Competitive starting pay: $15/hr
