Acai & Smoothie Store Manager

Liv Pure Açaí is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Draper & South Jordan locations. Lead a high‑performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, train and motivate team members
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations

• Previous management experience in retail or food service preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and scheduling software
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
