Position: Digital Content Specialist (Footwear - TAFT, Birdies, Vance, Journee)

KNS designs and distributes branded products across multiple categories, including products under Journee, Birdies, Taft, and Birdies. KNS is a preferred partner for national retailers looking to optimize inventory and expand online product offerings.

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to communicate and optimize our online product content across various retail platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to syndicate our content across our online retail partners, ensuring all product detail page (PDP) listings are created prior to specified deadline.

Responsibilities Responsible for product creation and syndication across online retail partners

Communicate PDP elements, including product data, imagery and descriptions.

Communicate content updates and changes with retail partners.

Ensure content is compliant with retail partners’ standards and guidelines.

Resolve PDP discrepancies to maintain SKU health and product integrity.

Enhance PDP listings including lifestyle images, size charts, and/or videos

Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product content management and syndication.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong ability to manage deadlines, track progress, and resolve discrepancies effectively.

Ability to work effectively and positively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience with content syndication tools; familiarity with Salsify is a strong plus.
