Our client is seeking a Growth Account Executive in the software development space to join their high-performing sales team in Draper, Utah. This is a full-time, office-based role with regular travel to key territories including LA, NYC, Miami, and Texas. Do you thrive in a fast-paced, outbound-heavy sales environment? The Perks
  • Compensation: $75,000 base salary with uncapped commission; OTE $315,000–$320,000 (waterfall commission structure)

A Day in the Life of the Growth Account Executive

In this role, you’ll spend the majority of your time generating pipeline and closing deals through disciplined outbound efforts. You’ll engage prospects via cold calls, Linked In, email, demos, and frequent in-person drop-bys within your territory. Your work directly drives revenue growth and helps transform the post-purchase experience for e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle sales for mid-tier (Growth) accounts from prospecting to close
  • Execute heavy outbound sales activity across phone, email, Linked In, and in-person visits
  • Travel 4–5+ days per month within your territory to generate pipeline through drop-bys
  • Run product demos, onboarding meetings, and closing calls
  • Manage deals and activity in Hub Spot CRM
  • Consistently hit or exceed a $300K monthly quota with a ~$40K average deal size
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, tech, solar, presentation-style Sales
  • Strong cold calling skills and converting opportunities into signed deals
  • Experience meeting and exceeding quota - provide exact number
  • Proven track record of excellence in sales, academics, athletics, or leadership roles
  • Comfortable in a heavy outbound, high-intensity sales environment
  • Resilient, self-directed, and able to operate with limited structure
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to travel 4–6 days/month to visit clients
