We are seeking a Sales Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Sales Development team.
In collaboration with our revenue leadership team, you will spearhead efforts to build and drive a robust pipeline by motivating, coaching, and leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You Will Do
- Establish team goals in collaboration with sales leadership and ensure accountability for meeting those objectives.
- Work together with the revenue leadership team to generate sales opportunities and enhance the sales pipeline.
- Establish team KPIs and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions and enhance individual performance.
- Conduct quarterly performance and career development reviews with employees. Schedule regular one-on-one meetings to ensure goals are met and provide consistent, constructive feedback.
- Develop sales scripts, talk tracks, and product use cases to enhance the quality and quantity of booked appointments.
- Embrace and promote the mission, vision, and culture of NEOGOV.
- Engage actively in regular company and office meetings to showcase SDR progress, address challenges, and drive effective solutions. Your input is vital for our collective success.
- Dedicated to driving sales excellence through impactful training, inspiring motivation, and innovative strategies in high-growth environments.
- Expert in Salesforce and Outreach, dedicated to ensuring data integrity and effectively reporting on SDR activities and performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at establishing clear expectations and effectively articulating goals and objectives to both customers and team members.
- Proven capability to engage and collaborate seamlessly across diverse departments within the organization, including Sales, Support, Finance, and more, to drive collective success and achieve strategic goals.
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a proven track record of consistently following through on tasks, ensuring excellence in every project.
- Strong commitment to personal accountability.
- 2 years of experience leading a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in a SaaS sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the Public Safety, Public Sector, or Healthcare is a significant advantage that can set candidates apart.
