Role OverviewThe Sales Account Executive
- Entry Level role is intentionally designed as a development seat
, not a terminal position. This role builds foundational commercial, operational, and customer fluency while supporting sales execution and customer success across the organization.
- Serve as a frontline point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Support sales operations through order management, account coordination, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate and timely data across CRM and internal systems
- Learn Diversified Botanics’ products, processes, and operating standards end-to-end
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support execution
- Complete structured development milestones tied to expanded responsibility
- Want to earn your way into sales through mastery, not shortcuts
- Learn quickly and apply feedback without defensiveness
- View entry-level responsibilities as beneath you
- Resist structure, process, or coaching
- Expect rapid promotion without demonstrated readiness
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with structured systems, tools, and workflows
