Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Tips

Full-Time (Includes Saturdays & Evenings)

We Whiten is the fastest-growing teeth whitening brand in America. We are looking for a Junior Studio Partner for our Draper studio. This is a "Player-Coach" training role: you will learn our high‑ticket sales system, master studio operations, and (if you crush your metrics) fast‑track into a Studio Partner (Manager) role.

What You Will Actually Do
  • You will guide clients through the whitening process, perform the treatment, and turn single‑visit customers into long‑term members.
  • You aren’t just checking people in. You are responsible for hitting daily sales targets through upsells and product attachments.
  • You will assist the Studio Partner in maintaining a 5‑star facility—cleanliness, inventory, and operational excellence are part of the game.
Preferred Backgrounds
  • High‑Pressure Sales - Timeshare, Solar, Pest Control, or Alarm Sales.
  • Membership Sales
  • Project Management – Managers who are used to managing high‑ticket invoices and customer expectations.
The Deal breakers (Read Before Applying)
  • Saturdays are Mandatory:
    This is retail. We make money when people are off work. If you can’t work Saturdays, this isn’t for you.
  • Performance Matters:
    We measure everything (Close rate, Average Ticket, Reviews). If you don’t like being held accountable to a number, you won’t like it here.
