What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly goals
  • Set daily expectations, track performance, and drive accountability
  • Desk deals, structure offers, and help close customers
  • Jump in on tough deals and objections—because you know how to close
  • Ensure all demo vehicles are merchandised, tech‑ready, and showroom perfect
  • Deliver or support high‑quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Manage incoming leads via phone, text, and email
  • Ensure follow‑up processes are tight and consistent
  • Train and develop sales talent—from rookies to top performers
  • Create an energetic, professional sales floor customers love

  • Proven automotive or retail sales leadership experience
  • Strong closing skills and deal structure knowledge
