What

You’ll Do
  • Full‑Cycle Ownership:
    Manage the end‑to‑end sales process. Self‑source up to 50% of your own pipeline through high‑tenacity outbound prospecting (50 touches/day) while expertly converting inbound trials into loyal customers.
  • Consultative Strategy:
    Conduct deep‑dived discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and align BILL’s suite of solutions to their specific business goals.
  • High‑Impact Presentations:
    Lead professional, executive‑level demonstrations via web conferencing, cutting through complexity to show how our tech unlocks scale.
  • Forecast Accuracy & CRM Hygiene:
    Maintain an impeccable Salesforce record. Your data‑driven approach ensures predictable revenue forecasting and clear visibility for leadership.
  • Collaborative Winning:
    Work cross‑functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless, easy‑to‑stay experience for new customers.
Who You Are
  • Proven Closer: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a SMB to Mid‑Market or high‑velocity environment, with a trophy case of quota over‑performance.
  • Self‑Starting Hunter:
    Proficient in modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, Linked In) and thrive on the autonomy of building your own book of business.
  • Articulate Communicator:
    Confident, professional presence. Handles complex objections with ease and explains technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders with simplicity.
  • Adaptive & Gritty:
    Team‑first mentality, high coachability, sense of humor, thick skin for no’s, and tenacity to get to yes.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Quick study on new SaaS applications and process‑oriented enough to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or work equivalent
  • Organized and process‑oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
  • Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication
  • Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience
  • Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day
  • High‑motivated, goal‑oriented, self‑starting individual
  • Direct and articulate communication, exceptional writing skills
  • Strong time‑management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability – ability to take and provide feedback
  • Team Player – good sense of humor, humble, competitive, collaborative

This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
