About JIKO Life

JIKO Life is a wellness and longevity center in Draper offering a curated suite of recovery and optimization experiences — sauna and cold plunge, breathwork, red light and PEMF therapy, IV therapy, body composition scanning, and more, alongside a wellness café. We exist to help our members feel their best and keep coming back. We're looking for a warm, energetic Customer Experience Concierge to be the face of JIKO and the heartbeat of our member experience.

The Role

This is a hybrid hospitality, wellness-facilitation, and sales role for someone who lights up around people. One moment you're pulling a perfect espresso, the next you're guiding a member through a contrast-therapy session, leading a breathwork round, or following up with a prospective member to get them booked. You set the tone for every visit and turn first-time guests into long-term members.

Responsibilities
  • Barista & café operations — prepare and serve coffee, wellness beverages, and light café items; keep the café clean, stocked, and inviting; handle POS transactions
  • Sauna & cold plunge facilitation — guide members through contrast-therapy protocols safely, explain the benefits, and maintain a clean, well-functioning facility
  • Breathwork instruction — lead individual or small-group breathwork sessions
  • Red light therapy operation
  • Member sales & retention — present membership options, convert guests into members, and check in with existing members to keep them engaged and renewing
  • Outbound lead follow-up — proactively follow up with prospects by call, text, and email to book intro appointments and tours
  • Guest communication — manage front-desk communication, scheduling, confirmations, and reminders across calls, texts, and emails
Qualifications
  • Hospitality, customer-service, or front-desk experience in a premium environment
  • A natural, comfortable approach to sales — you enjoy helping people say yes
  • Warm, professional, high-energy presence and genuine care for people
  • Comfort learning and facilitating wellness modalities (sauna, cold plunge, breathwork)
  • Strong communication and follow-through across phone, text, and email
  • Reliability and flexibility, including early mornings and some weekends
  • Utah Food Handler Permit, or ability to obtain one before start date
Additional Information
Nice to Have
  • Barista or café experience
  • Breathwork facilitation training
  • Experience with booking/CRM software and membership sales
  • Background or strong interest in health, fitness, or wellness
Schedule

Flexible shifts including periodic early mornings and weekend rotation
