Inside Sales Representative

ACIMA offers a role as an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves working with existing and prospective merchants as retail partners, enrolling new merchants, training them on how to offer Acima's leasing option, cold calling retailers from our corporate office in Draper, UT, and managing their applications via our online portal. Representatives are responsible for prospecting, closing, training merchants, and growing their merchant lease production.

As growth is highly valued, representatives start with a competitive salary. Once personal production and commissions exceed the salary, earnings will be based on lease production and merchant growth.

We provide the tools to succeed: no‑cost product for merchants, training, leads, Salesforce CRM, in Contact automatic dialer, and the best product on the market. Representatives build their own books of business, earning residual income. Our culture emphasizes teamwork, with team building activities, catered lunches, and other incentives.

• Inside Sales Representatives earn hourly up to plus bonus/commission. First‑year reps typically earn around $70K, while more seasoned reps usually make between $120K and $150K.
• Full‑time position.
• Department is open Monday – Friday.

• Proven sales track record of 2+ years of demonstrated success.
• Account executive or Inside Sales experience of 2+ years preferred.
• Cold calling experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Automatic dialer experience preferred.
