Location:

Draper – 700 East, Millcreek – 3300 South, and Cottonwood Heights – 1300 East, UT.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM;
Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends.

Pay Range: $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

Travel: 25–50% of the time.

• Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Effective 5/7/25:
  Must have a Real  Passport to travel to San Antonio training center.

• Ability to transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Walk around the property, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining curb appeal.
