You’ll build your own book of business, outwork your competition, and get paid well for it. The only thing standing between you and six figures is your grind.

Chase the win — Use every tool you’ve got to find and close new business: your old contacts, new leads, cold calls, DMs, referrals… whatever it takes.

Own your pipeline — You’re not babysitting accounts. You’re building them from scratch and scaling them to $10K+ in weekly net revenue.

Be the face of DCL — From first call to follow-up, you own the relationship and the results.

Outsmart issues before they hit — Proactively solve freight problems and deliver top-tier service every single time.

Track your hustle — Keep your pipeline, prospects, and deals clean and sharp in our CRM (Salesforce) and TMS (McLeod).

Grow what you kill — Turn first loads into repeat business and referrals.

A natural love for risk, rejection, and getting back up.

BA/BS or equivalent sales experience.

Freight brokerage or logistics experience? Even better.

Existing customer book? We’ll help you grow it even faster.
