Commercial service- not residential sales. No commission pressure and no selling customers work they don't need- you diagnose it, you fix it.
Jenson Refrigeration services restaurants, grocery, healthcare and cold storage across the Wasatch Front- year round work since 1990. Top of our pay range is for techs who independently diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems.

- Company supplied large equipment: ladders, vacuum pumps, recovery machines, nitrogen refills paid by Jenson (you supply the tank).
standard hand tools, basic power tools, and industry standard refrigeration specialty tools (the exact list will be provided before your offer, so there are no suprises after you start).
Requirements:Racks, walk-ins, cold storage, supermarket systems- refrigeration is our name, not a sideline. 3+ years commercial HVAC/R experience. EPA 608 is required. Insurable Driving Record (MVR required prior to offer).
On Call:rotation one weekday per week for four weeks, then one covered weekend (Friday to Monday morning). Then roughly five weeks off rotation. Weekday callouts are minimal. Plan on a full Saturday and possibly a half-day Sunday on your covered weekend. Every callout pays OVERTIME for the entire time you are away from home, door to door.
