Entry Level Software Engineer; Draper, UT

Overview

At Cox Automotive we are building world‑class automotive digital solutions. Our Software Engineers are part of an energetic team designing simple, scalable solutions and delivering leading edge software products.

• Build, deploy, monitor, and manage highly available production systems.
• Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with team members on best practices, code reviews, and process improvements.
• Evangelize new ideas within the team.
• Explore open‑source or industry standard solutions that fit the organization.

• 18+ months experience in object‑oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience developing applications.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
• High energy, confident, ambitious, and self‑motivated individual.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fast‑paced work environment experience.
• Advanced technical degree or related training a plus (not required).
• Familiarity with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, React
  
  JS, etc.) a plus.
• Cloud experience a plus.
