Outbound Supervisor

Lead the outbound shipping operation for a growing technology solutions company in Draper, UT — and do it on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll oversee the daily flow of outbound shipments for a company that handles printers, scanners, phones, laptops, tablets, and more. If you have warehouse leadership experience and want a stable daytime schedule, this is worth a look.

• Oversee daily outbound shipping and receiving operations to keep product moving accurately and on time
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and hold the team accountable to productivity and accuracy standards
• Monitor order fulfillment workflows for technology products including phones, laptops, tablets, scanners, and printers
• Use computer systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with internal teams
• Identify bottlenecks in the outbound process and take initiative to resolve them
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Hands-on warehouse operations experience
• Comfortable working with computers and basic software systems

• Experience handling electronics or technology products
• Familiarity with shipping platforms or warehouse management systems (WMS)

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
