KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action.
The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Was Dich erwartet:
- Verantwortung für die korrekte und fristgerechte Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung für alle Mitarbeitenden in mehreren europäischen Ländern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben sowie interner Richtlinien und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines starken internen Kontrollsystems
- fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von drei Mitarbeitenden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Payroll-Dienstleistern
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen, für die Entgeltabrechnung relevanten Abteilungen und Stakeholdern
- Optimierung und Standardisierung von Payroll-Prozessen unter Berücksichtigung lokaler gesetzlicher Anforderungen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Abläufe
- Sicherstellung der Compliance in der Payroll-Buchhaltung gemäß US-GAAP und lokalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Verwaltung von Pensionsplänen sowie Firmenwagen
- laufende Beobachtung und Umsetzung von Änderungen in regionalen, payroll-relevanten Gesetzen und Vorschriften
- Unterstützung des jährlichen Jahresabschlusses (Fiscal Year Close) durch Bereitstellung payroll-relevanter Informationen
Was Du mitbringst:
- mind. 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance / Payroll, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- nachweisbare Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung eines Payroll-Teams
- abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Finance, Payroll, Steuern, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen und Aufgaben zuverlässig sowie termingerecht umzusetzen
- sehr gute Führungs- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- klare, strukturierte und adressatengerechte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsansatz mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung
- fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten gleichzeitig in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu steuern
- fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- proaktive, flexible und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Motivation
