Home Health Nurse (RN). Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
Catheter care and placement, Develop and implement personalized care plans, Educating patients and families, Skin assessment and ulcer prevention, or Wound and Stoma care.
Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Qualifications
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania

Salary: $65,000 to $95,000 /year
