An international technology company is seeking an HR Director to lead global HR functions and act as a strategic partner to the executive team. This role includes responsibilities across talent management, cultural change, and employee relations, influencing around 300 employees globally. The ideal candidate will have extensive senior HR leadership experience in technology-driven environments and a proven track record in building comprehensive Learning and Development frameworks.

This position allows for a hybrid working model and is aimed at those already residing in the Netherlands.
