Skilled Operatives - £17.64/hr + best in class package + BONUS

Semi Skilled Operatives - £15.75/hr + best in class package + BONUS

The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with the ability to fabricate and assemble various structures and components. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. The Joiner will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation of buildings, ensuring that all work meets safety standards and client specifications.

Duties

* Fabricate and assemble , including roofs, doors, and windows.

* Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring all measurements are accurate.

* Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete projects.

* Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and masons, to ensure seamless project execution.

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

* Proven experience with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

* Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to joinery work.

* Knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and building codes.

* Ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately.

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

* Sit is not accessible via public transport.
