HVAC Operations Manager

As part of Johnson Controls, Password Services delivers high‑quality HVAC service and installation solutions across the UK. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Operations Manager to lead the overall performance of the Password Services installation business, with full accountability for delivery, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes.

You will take ownership of installation operations, including P&L performance, delivery, and business growth. This hands‑on leadership role combines operations, customer engagement, and business development, working closely with clients to drive service excellence and identify new opportunities.

• Full P&L accountability for installation operations
• Lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary team of engineers, coordinators, and project managers
• Oversee installation delivery, ensuring commercial, quality, and HSE compliance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Drive performance and continuous improvement

• Essential HVAC operations or senior service management experience
• Strong track record managing P&L and performance
• Experience delivering HVAC installation projects
• Leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness and customer focus
• Preferred: background in HVAC service or installation, experience in customer‑led environments, knowledge of long‑term contracts or frameworks

• Based within commuting distance of Droitwich
• Minimum 3 days in the office
• Regular travel to customer sites
