HGV Technician Full time - permanent  Based in Droitwich  £46500 + pa basic + overtime and benefits
Are you an experienced HGV Technician or Mechanic?  Looking for stability in a full time role?
We have a new role of HGV Technician based in Droitwich. This role of HGV Technician is integral to the success of the overall service operation and will be joining a highly skilled team or technicians.
Benefits and package of the HGV Technician/Mechanic:
£46500 + basic salary
Overtime available and paid at 1.5 x basic
40 hours per week contract
Monday to Friday
Day work - 0700 starts

Key Responsibilities of HGV Technician/Mechanic:
Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to VOSA standard
Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
Ensure all vehicles worked upon are handled carefully and that all precautions are taken whilst on the premises
Liaise with parts department to attain parts
Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to
Ensure appropriate clocking is made, all job cards and service sheets are completed in a timely manner
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness
Maintain a thorough and current product knowledge and attend training courses
Qualifications/Experience for HGV Technician/Mechanic:
Excellent customer service skills, customer contact and interaction
HGV and PSV licence (desirable but not essential)
Technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician) or proven experience repairing & maintaining vehicles
Experience in commercial workshop
