Responsibilities:
Complete visual inspections and surveys on fire doors to ensure they are up to compliance standards Produce reports and offer advice and recommendations to clients Have a good understanding of Timber Fire Doors, door surrounds and similar furniture Be able to identify that the frame specification is correct for the door's rating Be able to ensure that the choice of Frame/lining/casing and intumescent smoke seals are compatible Have good working knowledge of current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation Experience / Qualifications Fire Door Experience (Installation, Supervising, Surveying Recognised Fire Door Related Qualification Full UK driving license Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written IT literate, able to use microsoft suite and Tablet/PDA's.
