Relationship Banker

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, ATM, and other self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities
• Train at one financial center and potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance based on business needs

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
• Effective and confident communication skills
• Ability to identify client solutions based on needs
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking, and mobile banking self-service technologies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
• Efficient time and capacity management
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
• FDIC/loan Originator hiring restrictions apply
• 40 hours per week
• Ability to work in an in-office culture
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance is desired
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals is desired
• Six months of cash handling experience is desired
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions is desired

Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to meet client needs and drive operational excellence in a financial services environment.
