Production Supervisor – Window & Door (Fenestration) Industry
Are you an experienced manufacturing leader with a passion for quality, process excellence, and team development? We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our growing team in the fenestration industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and has hands‑on experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions that drive operational success.
Whatyou’ll do
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to meet output goals.
- Ensure all operations follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Train and develop production staff to improve performance.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and clean work environment.
- Monitor equipment, address production issues, and communicate with cross‑functional teams.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Prior experience creating/implementing SOPs and work instructions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with assembly, machining, or production operations.
- Experience in the window and door / fenestration industry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese).
