We are currentlyseekingdependable and motivated Production Workers to join our growing team.

Regular work schedule is from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Overtime may be required, including weekends

Production Workers are responsible foroperatingtools and equipment andassistingin the assembly of vinyl windows and doors.

• Perform various production tasks within assigned department
• Manufacture windows and doors while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Userequired Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Assist with meeting production deadlines and schedules
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting upto 50–75lbs
• Support team goals and company mission

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks

• Ability to read and follow work instructions/worksheets
• Basic computer and scanner knowledge
• Basic math skills (fractions and decimals)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to operator a Forklift, a plus.

Manufacturing and warehousesettingwith exposure to varying temperatures. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
