Westminster Gardens in Duarte, CA, one of several Human Good communities recognized as a Best CCRC-2026 by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Full Time Charge Nurse LVN to join its Memory Support Team. Licensed Nurses are responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” They will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm, help develop assignments in coordination with care partners, and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Status:
Full Time

Compensation: $32 - $35 per hour (DOE)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current First Aid certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
