The current research being done in the lab includes radiochemistry, molecular imaging, cell-based studies, and preclinical PET/CT imaging to develop and evaluate targeted molecular imaging agents for translational research. You will work closely with investigators from multiple disciplines in a collaborative research environment and contribute to projects with strong translational potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate novel PET imaging probes or radiopharmaceuticals for diabetes, immunology, and cancer.
  • Perform in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate molecular imaging agents.
  • Conduct cell culture, molecular biology, and small-animal PET/CT imaging studies as appropriate.
  • Analyze experimental and imaging data and prepare manuscripts, grant applications, and scientific presentations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators to advance translational molecular imaging research.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Molecular Imaging, or related field.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: molecular imaging, radiochemistry, organic synthesis, cell biology, cell culture, molecular biology, immunology, or related biomedical research.
