City of Hope’s Beckman Research Institute seeks a motivated postdoctoral fellow to join a multidisciplinary drug discovery program focusing on a metabolic enzyme central to cholesterol homeostasis and bile acid synthesis.
You will lead recombinant protein expression, purification, and structural determination by X-ray crystallography to enable structure-guided ligand design, and collaborate across biology, chemistry, and translational therapeutics on novel modulators.
