What You'll Do:

• Develop new landscape and maintenance business through field outreach, networking with landscape architects, real estate agents, and community groups
• Conduct on-site consultations, present design ideas, and prepare competitive proposals. Build and nurture client relationships from first contact through ongoing maintenance and follow-up
• Educate clients on sustainable landscaping solutions, irrigation repair, lighting enhancements, and water-wise plantings
• Collaborate with crew leads to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Success Looks Like:

• Experience in landscape or outdoor sales, ideally selling irrigation, lighting, turf, planting, maintenance, or water feature services
• A consultative, relationship-first selling style trusted to guide solutions, not just sell. Comfortable with field-based workyou'll be out of the office 6080% of the time. Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation
• Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on leads
