We are seeking a dependable and skilled Service Field Technician for windows and doors to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-quality service support, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs and inspections in the field. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and complete warranty and non-warranty repairs
- Perform adjustments, part replacements, measurements, and testing
- Prepare tools and materials before service visits
- Document all work and findings accurately
- Assess installation issues and communicate solutions
- Maintain service vehicle organization and cleanliness
- Operate lifts and work at heights safely
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Experience with hand and power tools as well as measurement devices
- Basic computer and mobile app proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Ability to lift and/or carry from 30–75lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus
