Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries.
- Manage visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.

- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and staff.
- Ensure office security procedures are followed for visitors.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Customer-focused and well-organized.
