Summary
We are seeking a proficient Document Controller to oversee the management and organization of all project documents in our organization.
Job Responsibility- Maintain and manage all electronic and hard copy documents in compliance with company standards and document control procedures.
- Ensure all documents are accurately logged, filed, and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
- Track document revisions and updates to maintain the latest versions of all documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submission.
- Assist in audits and inspections by providing requested documents and records.
- Implement and improve document management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Proven experience working as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of document control procedures and standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
