Responsibilities- Provide executive support by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, facilitate communication, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage official correspondence, maintain filing systems, and represent the organization professionally.
- Support decision‑making with research and project‑management skills while ensuring effective communication and discretion.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project‑management tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is preferred.
- Experience in high‑net‑worth, law‑firm, or real‑estate sales‑support environments is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–6 years of relevant experience.
- High level of confidentiality, proactive, trustworthy, and multitasking abilities.
