Experience:
- Work Location:
Jebel ALi Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. - Office administration including booking travel and meetings, respond to emails on behalf of the Management, taking minutes, prepare reports and presentations and follow up on client queries
- Manage with JAFZA regulators to issue permits, passes, visas, labor contracts, and trade licenses.
- Supplier negotiation for purchasing office supplies and services.
- Liaise with maintenance and building contractors to ensure the premises are running smoothly.
- Manage the HR administration and routine employee matters such as arranging interviews, issuing offer letters, onboarding, absence, and joining and leaving formalities.
- 3 years of office administration experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administrator. Experience in a JAFZA company is an advantage.
- Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint and a CRM system
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Currently living in Dubai and able to commute daily to Jebel Ali Free Zone
- Ability to work independently using your initiative and have a confident and outgoing personality.
