Job Description
Galion Properties is seeking a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company with professionalism and excellent customer service, while efficiently coordinating client inquiries with the appropriate real estate brokers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner
- Coordinate and guide clients to the relevant real estate brokers based on their property requirements and available units
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Schedule appointments and support daily office operations
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
- Provide administrative support as required
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Previous relevant experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred
