GMG is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and facilitate the flow of work within the Division/Business Unit/Department. The role involves managing paperwork, office procedures, and other administrative tasks to meet operational requirements.## Company Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties, including typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
* Respond to, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including phone calls, faxes, and emails.
* Facilitate the collection, distribution, and dispatch of all correspondence (couriers/letters/bills).
* Send out internal communications for any new updates to ensure all personnel are aware.
* Coordinate and facilitate the supply and maintenance of office equipment.
* Support filing and other document control activities to ensure all documents are stored and available.## Requirements
* High School Diploma required.
* A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in performing general clerical duties.
* Ability to manage and distribute correspondence effectively.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
