- Role: Office Administrator / Receptionist
- Employment Type: Outsourced
- Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
- Location: JAFZA, Dubai
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month
- Start Date: Immediate
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and operations teams
- Manage front-desk duties including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and directing inquiries
- Manage emails and digital correspondence professionally
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and basic procurement
- Support logistics, courier, mail handling, and document management
- Maintain accurate office records, filing systems, and digital documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure organized and efficient workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in office administration and/or receptionist roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and presentable personality
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
